September is Koala Month, so Sue from Prior Learning will be running a workshop all about koalas and their environment.
Koalas are Australia's much loved but now endangered animal. Come along and share with the group what you know about koalas. For example, are they really bears or not? What about their habitats and needs? How can permaculture help us care for koalas?
On the day we'll be doing some koala-themed arts and crafts, such as making koala suncatchers to take home, digging, planting, and taking a short koala tree walk, all while learning about how permaculture helps us care for animals like koalas in our environment.
Tickets are $25 for the first child and $20 for each sibling ticket.
Suitable for kids aged 5-11.
